Why Linari

A WMS for warehouses that need their own rules, not a global template.

Linari is for distributors, retail chains, pharma and FMCG warehouses in Georgia, Armenia and Kenya that have outgrown Excel or the stock module of their ERP. It runs the floor on Android handheld scanners, at a published price, with a team you can call in Tbilisi.

Who it is for

One system, configured to the way each warehouse works.

The same Linari runs a strict distribution centre and a fast-moving fresh site with different rules in each. These are the operations it was built for.

Distributors, wholesalers and FMCG

Store and customer orders every day, batch and expiry on every stock line, FEFO rotation and dispatch by scan.

  • Receiving against the purchase order, by scan
  • Picking by FEFO, FIFO or LIFO, with reservations by batch
  • RS.ge electronic waybills from the shipment (Georgia)

Retail chains

A central warehouse feeding your own stores, with one stock picture and controlled dispatch.

  • Orders from the ERP, confirmations back
  • Checking before dispatch, documents and labels
  • Different rules per warehouse when sites differ
How dispatch works →
Pharma and healthcare distributors

Expiry rotation, quarantine and a trace of who moved what and when.

  • Batch number and expiry date captured at receiving
  • Quarantine and other stock statuses, serial numbers where needed
  • A log of every movement
Pharma warehouse management →

Typical fit: 1 to 10 warehouses, from 5 handheld scanners per site, an ERP or accounting system that stays the system of record (1C, SAP, Axapta, ORIS, FINA, ArmSoft) and a warehouse manager who wants to own the rules.

Who it is not for

Linari is not right for every warehouse, and we say so.

  • Your ERP’s stock module already covers your rules. Stay with it. A WMS is worth it when your rules are more complex than the ERP can express and they differ by site, customer or product. WMS or the 1C warehouse module →
  • You need one template rolled out identically across many countries, with robotics and automation ecosystems. A global platform may fit better.
  • Your handhelds must keep working without a network. Linari confirms every scan live on the server so two operators never work from a stale picture; offline task execution is not supported today. We walk your building with you to find the dead spots first.
  • You are looking for an ERP, a transport system or an order management system. Linari is a WMS. It connects to those; it does not replace them.

Questions

What buyers ask when they compare.

How is Linari different from SAP, Oracle, Manhattan or Blue Yonder?
They are enterprise platforms built for global networks: many countries on one template, large IT teams, automation and robotics, and prices on quotation. Linari is built for warehouses with 1 to 10 sites in Georgia, Armenia and Kenya: published per-warehouse prices, setup and data import included, rules configured per warehouse by your own team, and support from Tbilisi in English and Georgian. If you run a global template, a global platform may fit you better; if you run your own warehouses and want to own the rules, Linari is the simpler buy.
We already run SAP or 1C. Can we use Linari for the warehouse?
Yes. Your ERP stays the system of record. Products, orders and partners come from it; receipts, shipments and stock adjustments go back. The connection is built during implementation through your ERP’s interfaces or file exchange, and failed messages can be replayed. How the integration works →
Can Linari replace our ERP?
No. Linari is a warehouse management system. It does not do accounting, purchasing or sales; it runs the floor and keeps the ERP’s stock true. When a WMS is needed and when the ERP module is enough →
Is Linari a good fit for a 3PL?
When each warehouse can carry its own rules and your clients’ orders come in through an ERP or file exchange, yes. Talk to us about your client mix in the demo; we will say if it does not fit.
What does Linari cost compared with a global WMS?
We publish our prices and they do not, so the only honest comparison is your own: subscription, setup, integration and scanners over three years. What a WMS costs in Georgia and Armenia →
What happens if it does not fit us?
You find out in the 30-day trial on a sample warehouse, before any contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, and your data is exported for you on request.
